While this season is perhaps a little more subtle than the last in the plot developments, the pair continue to excel at, as Norman puts it, "making the mundane exciting."

Douglas, a Golden Globe winner and Emmy nominee, shines throughout... Arkin, though, gets the richest material this season.

Audience Reviews for The Kominsky Method: Season 2

We can't wait for another season. Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin are brilliant! 10 episodes is not enough. My husband and I (50's) binged season 2 over two days. Laughed over and over. The the women in this cast are fantastic and could have a show of their own. The scenes with the kids are moving as they learn and display their tremendous talents. Paul Riser (stoned ++) was hilarious too! (Didn't see that one coming at all.) Thank you to the entire production for the heartfelt laughs.

Highly entertaining for me, a 67 year old. Kept my husband and I laughing frequently through 4 episodes a night. Unfortunately they are pretty short. 25 minutes. So we made it through the entire season in just two nights. Oh well. Not sure binge watching is a good idea! But at least for people if a certain age the humor and pathos is are right on. Also loved seeing Kathleen Turner ( recognizable by her husky voice) and Paul Reiser ( whose younger face kept peering out at me from the older, heavier body.) Also the child actor from the 6th Sense now grown up! Definitely will watch another season if there is one.

I have to say its probably one of my favorite shows I've seen seen this year. Writing wise, joke wise, acting wise..impeccable. and I would have given a perfect score if not for the abrupt ending

Douglas trashes his first season by bashing Conservatives and Trump several times within the first 10 minutes of the second season. Propaganda is not humor.

The second season is even more hilarious than the first, and with just as much heart. And the cameos are priceless. This may be the funniest role of Alan Arkin's career.

Brilliant series. A talented performance by Douglas and Arkin, a very good duo. Shows the sad part of getting older and how death of close ones can bring people together. While mixing humor to brighten the mood up. Very good series, recommend to watch it.
